Occupied Staging and Design...


Sellers are often overwhelmed when preparing their house to sell.  Decluttering, repairs, paint choices, personal items, furniture arrangements and updates are all important, but where does the seller start and how do they get the best return on their home staging investments?

We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our consultation time.  Then together we walk through the interior and exterior of the house to create a detailed staging checklist, noting the homes best features as well as any improvements needed to make the home highly marketable. We make recommendations on accessories and decor, all with the ultimate goal of selling for the best price possible. You’ll receive a detailed written report that also includes an essential Open House Checklist and Closet Organization Checklist.

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional in home hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations from your Consultation.  We will make huge transformations using what you have along with any purchased or rented items to make the most of each space!  We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go.

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving

REDESIGN SERVICES (because we’re all spending more time in our homes these days!)

Not looking to move but feel your current home could use a few updates?  If you’re the do- it- yourself type but would like the experience and guidance from professional home redesigner this is the package for you!   I’ll make recommendations for updating your existing home while keeping in mind potential buyer demographics so if you do sell in the future you’ll see the best return on your investment. 

We’ll start with a 15 minute phone interview so I can learn more about your redesign project.  This will be followed by a one hour in home consultation with project or design recommendations. 

One Hour In-home Consultation: $100 (Any additional consultation hours will revert to a $75 hourly rate)
